Life has recently clipped my wings and brought me back home.

One of the great pleasures of travelling the world is that eventually, you get to come home. I have had the luxury of taking a little time to decide where I wanted to live, and I think I’ve landed rather well: a lovely small town in Essex called Wivenhoe.

The pace is easy, the people nice, and I get to see my daughters, my grandchildren, all the people closest to me. In a remarkably short time, I’ve also found myself with a really great bunch of new friends.
